One of the most under-appreciated yet necessary jobs that fence contractors do on a regular basis is installing railings. Few people may appreciate just how much railing is present throughout their communities. Office buildings, schools, industrial zones, apartment buildings, and many other structures have many miles of railing through Miami and South Florida.
Railings can come in many varieties, but these are often pre-determined by regulations and efficiency. When it comes to large scale commercial, industrial, or residential properties, metal, aluminum and PVC railings are the most commonly used. They offer stability, uniformity, and are adaptable to many different kinds of situations and needs. Installation is usually very efficient and can easily be done on a schedule.
Private residences are the types of properties most likely to have a greater range of choices when it comes to railings. Smaller, specialized railing installation offers more of a selection that is safe and also aesthetically pleasing to the client. Composite, or even wrought-iron railing can be applied in many settings.
Most of our rail installations in Miami are applied to stairs, edges to upstair areas, porches and balconies, and segmenting commercial and industrial properties. Like most of the enclosures we install, aluminum and vinyl and composite railings are maintenance-free and do not require re-painting or any type of continued care. They are built to resist many of the South Florida elements including strong wind, rain, and heavy exposure to the sun and can be installed to many surfaces such as concrete, vinyl, steel, and wood.
